Around Zilber-Pink Conjectures

As a profound generalization of many Diophantine conjectures such as Mordell-Lang conjecture and Andre-Oort conjecture, Zilber-Pink conjecture provide a deep insight via the philosophy of unlikely intersections. We will give a short introduction on the known results. In particular, we will present the work of Barroero-Dill which reduce the Zilber-Pink for abelian varieties over ＄\mathbb{C}＄ to the case over ＄\mathbb{Q}＄ . If time permits, we may discuss a possible generalization to semiabelian varieties.
