Abstract: The problem about the inviscid limit behavior for Benjamin-Ono-Burgers (BOB) equations was first addressed by Terence Tao in 2004. In this talk, I will introduce our latest results. For generalized BOB equation, we obtain that it is uniformly globally well-posed in critical Besov Spaces with small initial data. Furthermore, we prove the global well-posedness and its inviscid limit behavior in Sobolev spaces. For BOB equation, we obtain the inviscid limit behavior in refined Sobolev spaces, whose low-frequency spaces are scaling critical and high-frequency spaces are equivalent to L^2 spaces.
