Abstract: In this talk, we want to report the Tobias Colding and Aaron Naber 's work on the structure of the noncollapsed Gromov-Hausdorff limit with lower Ricci bounds. In particular, they give a necessary and sufficient conditions for an family closed manifolds which can arise as cross sections for tangent cones of the limit. They can use this theory to construct interesting examples which exhibit fundamentally new behaviors.
