Abstract: We continue our study on the $sigma_k$ problem in Kahler geometry, using the flow method. In a recent joint work with Mijia Lai, we study the boundary case where designated flows would not converge to smooth limits. For Kahler manifolds satisfying the Calabi Ansatz, despite the blow-up of the $C^2$ estimate, we establish the convergence of the flow outside exceptional divisors. Similar to the Ricci flow, this gives a geometric deformation to the corresponding algebraic geometric construction.
