In this talk, we will discuss Cheeger-Naber's paper on quantitative behavior of singular sets. We define the k-th effective singular stratum S^k_{\eta,r} and then estimate their volume. The main tools are a cone-splitting argument and a new covering argument. As a consequence, we can estimate the curvature L^p-norm (p<2) for Einstein manifolds.
