Abstract: In this talk, We will talk about our recent work on noncompact expanding gradient Kaehler-Ricci Soliton. We will prove that if the scalar curvature decays faster than quadratic decay, then the noncompact expanding gradient Kaehler-Ricci Soliton with nonnegative Ricci curvature is flat. As a result, we derive that noncompact expanding gradient Kaehler-Ricci Soliton with pinched Ricci curvature doesn't exist. This gives a partial answer to an open question: wether noncompact expanding gradient soliton with pinched Ricci curvature exists, which is raised in the book Hamlton's Ricci Flow. Our proof is also valid for steady .gradient Kaehler-Ricci Solitons.
