Abstract: In this talk, we start by introducing the general set-up of the Kahler-Ricci flow. Tian's Program initiates the study by providing the main geometric motivation. This point of view, originally by Hamilton, generates the much-deserved relation with the study of Ricci flow. The development in pluripotential theory by Kolodziej stimulates some crucial ingredients in getting the relevant estimates. After a brief description of these, we move on to the technical part of this talk, illustrating the application of the 0th order estimate in understanding the curvature behavior of the Kahler-Ricci flow towards singularity, and also in obtaining the flow limit in the weak sense.
