Title: Partial C^0 Estimate -- Construction of Holomorphic Sections

Abstract: We will go on talking about Tian’s paper on the Partial C^0 estimate. To establish a lower bound on Bergman function at one point, we have to construct a holomorphic section with L^2 norm not too large and with point wise norm at this point not too small. By carefully analysis the structure of the tangent cone, one can construct almost holomorphic global sections; then by H\"{o}rmander technique, one can construct holomorphic global sections with the desired property.
