Abstract: This is the first part of the talk. We will give a proof of the partial C^0 estimate to Einstein manifols with conic singularities under a technique assumption, namely the existence of a good cut-off fution on the tagent cones of a limit space. The proof also uses the gradient estimate to holomorphic sections of a line bundle and the so called L^2 estimate to solutions of \bar{\partial}. The pdf file will be forwarded later.
