Abstract: 

I will discuss recent results on simplicial theories in affine logic, and their connection to a celebrated dichotomy theorem of Glasner and Weiss concerning the geometry of simplices of invariant measures. I will also present a generalization of their result obtained using these model-theoretic tools.
