We study paracontrolled calculus in the kinetic setting and use it to establish the global well-posedness for the singular stochastic kinetic equations. As applications, the global well-posedness for the nolinear kinetic equations with singuar kernels are also obtained. And we solve martingale problem for nonlinear kinetic distribution dependent stochastic differential equations with singular drifts.
