Abstract: In this talk, we will discuss the results of the following authors:D. Maulik, N. Nekrasov, A. Okounkov, and R. Pandharipande. The main theorem is an exact correspondence between Gromov-Witten theory and Donaldson-Thomas theory for toric threefolds. We will give the backgrouds and related discussings of the theorem besides its proof.
