Abstract: We introduce the foliated anti-self dual equation for higher dimensional smooth manifolds with codimension-4 Riemannian foliations.Several fundamental results concerning the moduli space of FASD connections are established, towards the defining of a Donaldson type invariant for such foliations. On the one hand, our results are only speculated and partially addressed in related situations of S. Donaldson,E. Segal et al. On the other hand they are greatly improved from those in the more general situation of G. Tian.
