In this talk, we will introduce some models for phase transitions and related analysis problems. First, we will discuss the stabilities/instabilities of static profile solutions. Then we will talk about the sharp interface limit of their corresponding dynamics, including derivation of the limit equations as well as boundary conditions and rigorous justification of the sharp interface limits.
