The seminar is informal and could run for a whole year. The purpose of the seminar is to overview some classical problems and try to investigate some open problems. Baoping will mainly talk about dispersive equations, I will talk about some topics in geometric analysis and probability. In the first week, Baoping will give an overview about the dispersive equations. It should be very elementary and accessible to all graduate students and postdoc. 

Time: Each Tuesday Thursday 2-3:30 pm, Quan 9 (We will set up emailist and make announcement each week if there is any change of time). First two talks on 09/22 and 09/24.
