This is a series of talks on Bamler's new paper "Entropy and heat kernel bounds on a Ricci flow background". In the third talk, we will introduce the notion of Nash entropy and prove important properties of this entropy. Then we will use Nash entropy to obtain the lower bound of the volume of the distance ball.
