ABSTRACT
In this talk, I will introduce the space H of almost calibrated (1,1) forms on a compact Kahler manifold, which plays an important role in the study of the deformed Hermitian-Yang-Mills equation. I will show that H is an infinite dimensional Riemannian manifold with non-positive sectional curvature. Then I will focus on the hypercritical phase case and present two results: (1) the completion of H is a CAT(0) geodesic metric space; (2) the optimal C^{1,1} regularity of geodesics. This is a joint work with Tristan C. Collins and Man-Chun Lee.
