The uniqueness of regularity of the incompressible viscous flow are quite the center theme of recent flow analysis. In this talk we like to discuss the partial regularity of solutions to the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. With the known techniques by Scheffer and Caffarelli-Kohn-Nirenberg, we like to find a delicate improvement. The reverse integrability by Gehring is a main step.
