Abstract:

I will survey some results in Lorentzian geometry, and talk about our recent progress on the construction of maximal foliations for vacuum Einstein equation, which is a joint work with Ruo-Bin Wu.

陈兵龙，中山大学数学学院教授。 曾获国家杰出青年科学基金， 教育部长江学者特聘教授，国家万人计划领军人才，中国数学会陈省身数学奖。主要从事几何分析研究，与合作者解决了Ricci 流的唯一性问题，开启了四维带orbifold 奇点带手术Ricci 流的研究，完成了正迷向曲率四维流形的完全分类等工作。
