Abstract: Recently, there has been intriguing and fruitful interaction between mathematics and physics, where N=(2,2) supersymmetric gauge theory in 1+1 dimensions plays an important role. Physics provide predictions for mathematicians to prove, while mathematical results stimulate physicists and sometimes lead to new discovery. I will try to describe some of the excitement in this talk.
