Many important cellular processes are based on gene regulation. Hence uncovering the mechanisms of gene expression is extremely important for understanding fundamental intracellular processes. However, since gene expression is a complex biochemical process, it is an extremely challenging task to establish a reasonable mathematical model and thereby explain the latest experimental phenomena. Related research is the hotspot and frontier of computational systems biology. Based on the latest research results of my collaborators and myself, I will briefly introduce the mathematical modeling and analytical theory of gene expression systems, hoping to play a role in attracting new insights.
