Abstract:We develop Lagrangian Floer theory for toric orbifolds, by studying orbifold discs with boundary on Lagrangian torus fibers. We consider various Lagrangian Floer potentials of such a theory and find applications in symplectic geometry.
On the other hand, crepant resolutions conjecture states that orbifold Quantum cohomology theory of a given orbifold is isomorphic to that of the crepant resolution under suitable change of coordinate and analytic continuation. The approach using Lagrangian Floer potentials provides geometric origin of these change of coordinate via open orbifold Gromov-Witten invariants, and we consider the case of weighted projective space P(1,1,1,... ,n).
