In this talk, we use Losev's Poisson geometric approach to study representations of finite W-superalgebras. Using Darboux-Weinstein decomposition and reduction by stages, we relate W-algebras and superalgebras. Based on this relation, we introduce how to obtain a character formula for finite dimensional simple modules for W-superalgebras.
