I will present two blow-up formulae for Dolbeault cohomologies of compact complex manifolds, and also their applications to complex geomey, such as Alessandrini's question on modification stability of ddbar-lemma and positive (or negative) examples associated to the vanishing theorem of Girbau. Two proofs for the formulae will be sketched. This talk is based on the joint works arXiv:1712.06749, 1809.07277 with Song Yang and Xiangdong Yang.
