I will review some interesting connections among the three fields listed in the title, centering around the microlocal sheaf theory developed by Kashiwara-Schapira, the Nadler-Zaslow theorem and the Beilinson-Bernstein localization theorem. I will then report recent progress on using holomorphic Lagrangians to study perverse sheaves, and its applications in representation theory. If time permits, I will mention recent work with David Treumann on extending the links between the three fields over ring spectra.
