Abstract: I will report a recent joint work with Yefeng Shen. I will show how to prove the counting of Gromov-Witten invariants of the elliptic orbifolds is equivalent to the counting of FJRW invariants of the corresponding singularities. The proof uses mainly WDVV equations and some basics of modular forms. In particular, this approach of proving CY-LG correspondence does not rely on any ingredient from mirror symmetry or Givental's formalism.
