In this talk, I will report some refined constructions of long-time dynamics for the energy-critical Fujita equation, harmonic map and Yang-Mills heat flows. We show that solutions to these heat flows may exhibit blow-up, blow-down, and oscillatory behavior at time infinity, and different large-time asymptotic patterns can be described by the decay rate of the initial data in a unified manner.
