研究生数学基础强化班第十九期(2027春季班)招生通知
为探索我国优秀数学人才培养的新途径,推进青年数学人才培养机制的改革和创新,在北京大学研究生院和北京大学数学科学学院(以下简称为“数学学院”)的支持下,北京国际数学研究中心(以下简称为“数学中心”)开办“研究生数学基础强化班第十九期(2027春季班)”(以下简称为“强化班”)。
强化班面向全国招收数学院(系、所)的高年级本科生和低年级研究生,聘请教授为学生集中讲授数学基础课程。同时,北大数学学院所有高年级本科专业课和研究生课程对强化班学生开放。数学中心还将通过开展特别数学讲座、学术会议、讨论班等活动,与学生分享前沿数学研究成果,增进学生对国际数学发展新趋势的了解。
强化班设立专家委员会。授课教师的选聘和强化班学生的入选,均由专家委员会决定。
一、招生计划
1. 招生规模:2027春季班为30人左右。
2. 强化班招生实行学生自主申请和专家推荐制。每名申请者需要有两名数学教授或副教授推荐。
3. 数学中心要求入选学生全程参加强化班课程(包括期中和期末考试)。为保证学生能够顺利完成强化班课程,每名申请者应提供所在学校院系的书面证明,说明该申请者参加强化班课程不会影响其在原学校的培养计划(包括办理毕业手续等)。详见本通知第四条第1点。
4. 原则上本科三、四年级的学生和研究生一、二年级的学生具有申请资格。
5. 申请时间:2026年9月23日-10月23日。
6. 申请者的入选资格由专家委员会审定,并由数学中心通知申请者。
二、教学计划
1. 入学时间:根据北大校历时间,强化班学生应于2027年2月22日报到。2027年6月14日至6月27日为考试周。
2. 上课地点:数学中心及数学学院。
3. 课程安排:数学中心安排四门数学基础课程,分别是Pseudodifferential Operators(Albert Ai老师授课)、同调论与示性类(葛化彬老师授课)、Riemannian Geometry(Sergio Zamora老师授课)、代数数论(袁新意老师授课)。
4. 每名强化班学生应选二至四门强化班课程。
5. 强化班学生所学课程由数学中心出具成绩单,考试合格者将颁发结业证书。建议强化班学生向各自的学校申请将强化班成绩计入本校成绩。
6. 数学中心鼓励强化班学生与授课老师、数学中心老师及数学学院老师建立学术联系。
7. 数学中心鼓励强化班学生参加数学中心及数学学院举办的前沿学术报告、特别讲座、讨论班等活动。
三、生活管理
1. 数学中心将为强化班京外学生统一安排住宿并支付住宿费。北京地区学生原则上不安排宿舍。
2. 数学中心将为合格结业的强化班京外学生报销春季入学时的单程路费(限为高铁/动车的二等座)。
3. 数学中心将为每名强化班学生办理北大饭卡(学期结束后需归还)。
四、申请和录取
1. 纸质材料:
(1)报名表(见附件1),需学生所在院(系、所)签字同意申请,说明该申请者参加强化班课程不会影响其在原学校的培养计划(包括办理毕业手续等),并加盖单位公章。
(2)两封推荐信,由推荐的教授或副教授亲笔签名并签封。
(3)本科阶段及研究生阶段的成绩单,原件或复印件均可(本科学生只需提供本科阶段成绩),并加盖单位公章。
(4)数学课成绩需单列一张表格,并将平均分标注在表格下方。
(5)学生自述(见附件3),请谈谈对数学的看法,长远的职业规划等,字数不限。

两个表格均命名为“学校名字+姓名”。请发邮件至xntan@bicmr.pku.edu.cn,邮件名称为“第19期强化班报名申请表+姓名”。
3. 2027春季班接受申请截止时间为2026年10月23日24点,以电子邮件显示时间为准。在此之前,书面材料须寄到数学中心。
4. 专家委员会讨论决定强化班录取名单后,数学中心将电话通知申请者本人,并发出录取通知。

五、课程简介
1. Pseudodifferential Operators(Albert Ai老师英文授课)
(1) Prerequisites: Real analysis, Fourier analysis.
(2) Course content: The goal of the course is to introduce pseudodifferential and paradifferential operators, motivated by applications in nonlinear partial differential equations. Topics include: Sobolev spaces and embedding, Littlewood-Paley decomposition, Besov spaces, paraproducts and product estimates, pseudodifferential operators, symbol classes, paradifferential operators, symbolic calculus, nonlinear hyperbolic systems.

3. Riemannian Geometry(Sergio Zamora老师英文授课)
(1) Prerequisites: Basic topology and basic understanding of smooth manifolds are required. Basic ODE theory and tensor algebra are desirable, but not necessary.
(2) Course content: Foundations of Riemannian geometry: Riemannian metrics, connections, geodesics, curvature, and Jacobi fields. This course will also provide a brief introduction to complete Riemannian manifolds with sectional and Ricci curvature bounds.

4. 代数数论(袁新意老师授课)
(1)预备知识:抽象代数(包括 Galois 理论),基本的交换代数。
(2)课程内容:代数数域与代数整数,整数环与整基,迹、范数和判别式;Dedekind 环与理想的唯一分解,素理想在扩域中的分解、惯性与分歧;数的几何与 Minkowski 定理,理想类群与类数的有限性,Dirichlet 单位定理;赋值与完备化,p进数与局部域,Hensel 引理,局部域的有限扩张。

六、授课教师简介
1. Albert Ai joined BICMR as an assistant professor in September 2024. He received his PhD from the University of California, Berkeley and has held postdoctoral positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His main research directions are nonlinear dispersive partial differential equations, with a focus on studying low regularity solutions of models from fluids and general relativity.
2. 葛化彬,北京大学数学科学学院博士、北京国际数学研究中心博士后,现为中国人民大学数学学院教授、博士生导师。2025年获国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(A类)资助。主要从事三维流形的几何与拓扑研究。
3. Sergio Zamora joined BICMR as an assistant professor in September 2026. His main research areas are geometric analysis and geometric group theory. His research focuses on the influence of symmetry on topological invariants and geometric features such as curvature and diameter. He received his PhD from Penn State University and has held postdoctoral positions at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics at Bonn and at Oregon State University.
4. 袁新意,北京大学讲席教授。2003年于北京大学获得学士学位,2008年于美国哥伦比亚大学获得博士学位。2012-2019年先后任美国加州大学伯克利分校助理教授和副教授,2020年任北京大学北京国际数学研究中心教授。袁新意教授的研究领域是数论与算术几何,在Gross-Zagier公式、Bogomolov猜想、Mordell猜想等问题上作出了重要贡献。
