课程简介

随着生物海量数据的产生和计算能力的显著提高,对复杂生物系统进行数学建模和计算模拟已成为生命科学领域作为继实验和理论方法外的又一重要科学研究手段。近年来,数学与生物的交叉越来越紧密,利用系统生物学方法探求生命机制的内在特征及其定量规律,正广泛应用于生命科学的各个领域。与此同时,与生物各分支的交叉也为应用数学提出了新的问题,机遇与挑战并存。

本课程将系统讲授计算系统生物学中的数学模型和计算方法,以细胞和发育生物学为背景,结合具体生物体系,从数学与计算的角度了解系统生物学,掌握生物数学问题中的建模、分析与计算方法。
